Trials & Feats Completion Guide
Complete list of Trials challenges and how to complete them efficiently.
Trials are competitive weekly challenges that unlock at Level 15. Each week brings 5 rotating objectives across three categories: Damage trials (deal damage to specific ARC types), Destroy trials (eliminate ARC enemies or objects), and Utility trials (non-combat tasks like opening probes, searching caches, or downloading data). Points accumulate from raid actions but only bank after a successful extraction.
Your best single-raid score per challenge is kept, so one excellent run matters more than many mediocre attempts. Trials reset every Monday, and your rank is determined by cumulative weekly score against all other players globally.
Tips
- +Focus on one trial per raid rather than splitting effort across multiple objectives
- +Plan extraction routes before engaging in combat to avoid losing banked progress
- +Reroll impossible-feeling trials early in the week to save time
Damage trials require hitting specific enemy types, and not all ARCs are equally accessible. Flyer damage trials (Hornets, Wasps, Rocketeers) tend to be the most challenging because these enemies move fast and spawn unpredictably. Ground enemy trials (Leapers, Ticks, Bastions) are more consistent but require navigating toward specific zones.
For Spaceport-specific flyer damage, position yourself on the South or North Trench Tower via zipline for clean sightlines into the interior spawn points. Use armor-penetrating weapons like Hullcracker, Jupiter, or Aphelion rifles. Barricade access points to control engagement timing and set mines at chokepoints.
Tips
- +Hornet and Wasp kills award roughly 176 points each, scaling with enemy difficulty
- +Destroy trials for Fireballs yield ~364 points per kill, Ticks ~308, and larger ARC objects up to 400
- +Exploit map conditions like Electromagnetic Storm for bonus multipliers on applicable trials
Utility trials cover a wide range of non-combat objectives including opening ARC Probes (667 points each), searching drops and caches (800 points each), harvesting plants (150 points per plant), downloading bunker data (1,200 points per download), and delivering carriable objects (500 points each). These trials are often the most reliable to farm since they do not require combat.
Hidden Bunker is the premier map for utility trials. It features 40-minute extended raids with significantly more spawns and consistent solo runs. Downloading data requires reaching a terminal, which takes 10-15 seconds of uninterrupted access. Choose times when the area is clear to avoid being pushed mid-download.
Tips
- +Deliver carriable objects to extraction points strategically, combining loot runs with trial progress
- +Open ARC Probes early in a raid before other players contest the area
- +Use the extended raid timer on Hidden Bunker to complete multiple utility objectives in a single run
Each trial challenge has three reward thresholds. Reaching 1,000 points grants an Uncommon item or blueprint. Hitting 2,500 points unlocks a Rare item or blueprint. The 4,000-point threshold awards an Epic item or blueprint. These rewards drop at the end of each weekly session, separate from your overall rank placement.
The competitive ranking system spans 14 divisions from Rookie I through Cantina Legend. Promotions and demotions happen weekly based on leaderboard position. Cosmetic rewards include emotes like the 'Need a Shower' emote at Rookie II, outfit variants like Alpino at Daredevil I, and the Cantina Legend status for the top 1,000 players globally.
Tips
- +Consistent upper-mid-tier performance yields better long-term rewards than gambling on top-100 pushes
- +Focus on clearing 2,500-point thresholds across most trials rather than chasing 4,000 on one
- +Seasonal cosmetics tied to rank are tradeable -- factor marketplace prices into your effort calculation
Feats are daily challenges that reset every 24 hours, separate from the weekly Trial system. You can complete up to 5 feats per day for Cred bonuses, with 3 free rerolls available daily. Each feat rewards 10 Creds, and completing all 5 in a day triggers a bonus payout. Cred currency is used for Raider Deck progression, crafting unlocks, and battle pass advancement.
Common feat types include extractions from specific maps, ARC kills and damage, container searches, and player eliminations. The Shrouded Sky update increased daily rerolls from 1 to 3, making it much easier to land feats that align with your current objectives. Prioritize feats that naturally overlap with your planned raids.
Tips
- +Reroll feats that require niche map conditions or enemy types you do not intend to hunt
- +Stack extraction feats with regular gameplay by planning your exits around map-specific requirements
- +Feats for destroying specific ARC types are often easier to complete than generic kill feats
